The garden is accessed via a door in the top floor sitting room (garden is situated above the house via steps).  A small bridge and several steps lead to the first deck, which has wooden table and 8 garden chairs, parasol, and one step down to the small lawn.  Shed with garden games, cushions and BBQ.  Several further steps lead to the upper deck, which has 2 wooden rocking sunloungers and garden beanbags.  The garden enjoys far-reaching views across the village and Braunton Great Field to Braunton Burrows and the sea in the distance.  The garden catches the sun from mid morning until late in the day and is a wonderful place to sit in the evening to enjoy the views.
