Please DO NOT send payment until we have confirmed to you by email or phone that the dates you require are available.
2. Complete the Booking Form and Terms & Conditions:
After confirming availability, we will email you a Booking Form and Terms & Conditions Form, both of which need to be signed and returned to us by post, along with your Damage Deposit (see Terms & Conditions item 15 below). You may then pay the 25% rental deposit either by cheque or bank transfer. If there is less than 60 days until your rental period, the full amount is payable upon booking.
If you prefer we can take your details over the phone and send the Booking Form and Terms & Conditions to you to sign and return to us.
